BioI work in a library and love books. I have CFS but I'm doing ok with it. If I ramble nonsensical gibberish I can blame it on the brainfog - a technical term for cognitive dysfunction as in, What was I doing, was it important and did I finish it? Who am I and what should I be doing now? I am anti-social when I can get away with it but I am trying to work on this.
I did a degree in computing and have since pretty much forgotten everything I learnt. I'm hoping it's all still in my brain somewhere should I need it again. I tend to run into the occasional young child at work who needs a book for their homework. Nothing gets me in touch with my ignorance more than having to ask a 10 year old for more information on something I'm sure I should know.
I love many Japanese things and I am slowly and casually trying to learn to read and write the language. I look forward to one day being able to recognize a sentence. I enjoy making stuff, learning how the world works and working things out. I was one of those weird kids at school that liked maths.
